There's no definitive "better" / "best" method for vaginoplasty: it all depends on patients' needs, their medical history, their health, and their ability to pay.

I got answers back from Tina Rashid's private secretary.
Including all fees, the private cost of PPT vaginoplasty is currently £37,120 GBP.
As far as they're aware, NHS England hasn't commissioned PPT, which is why it's not available yet via the NHS
